Sample Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)

This MOU will be provided to users who have agreed to proposed terms where the home is outside of our Residential Purchase Agreement (RPA) coverage area. The MOU is not a binding legal document, but contains the details of which a buyer and seller have indicated they are willing to take.
